Green Goddess Salad Dressing

  • ½ medium avocado
  • ¾ cup milk (can use dairy-free milk if needed)
  • ½ cup roughly chopped basil leaves
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and serve.
