Green Goddess Salad Dressing

- ½ medium avocado
- ¾ cup milk (can use dairy-free milk if needed)
- ½ cup roughly chopped basil leaves
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and serve.
